Kapolei Counseling Center is proud to be an approved National Health Service Corps (NHSC) location, offering up to $50,000 in student loan repayment through the NHSC Loan Repayment Program (NHSC LRP). This incredible opportunity allows mental and behavioral health clinicians to receive student loan assistance while earning a competitive salary—all while making a meaningful impact in urban, rural, and tribal communities with limited access to care. 

 

Licensed Couples Clinical Therapist – Role & Responsibilities: 

As a Licensed Couples Clinical Therapist at Kapolei Counseling Center, you will: 
✅Provide couples counseling
integrating evidence-based approaches.

✅ Asses and address relationship issues, communication problems, asses unhealthy dynamics and teach through psychoeducation. 
✅ Develop personalized treatment plans and administer therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of the couple. 
✅ Provide guidance and support to clients seeking to improve their relationships.
✅ Maintain a clinical caseload of 12 minimum clients/week via HIPAA-compliant telehealth or in-person sessions 
✅ Engage in routine supervision, peer reviews, and case consultations .

Located in Kapolei, serving clients statewide! Whether you prefer in-person therapy at our office or remote work, you’ll have the flexibility to reach and support clients across Hawai‘i. 

 

Candidates must be licensed to practice in the state of Hawai‘i (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD, etc.). 

Candidates must have a certification towards a modality that specializes with couple (i.e. Gottman Level 1 Certification)
