Xpressway Trucking is hiring non CDL local entry level driver trainees in Oley, PA. This is a unique paid training opportunity to start a CDL driving career with Xpressway Trucking! Trainees will have 5 weeks of initial certified entry level driver training (ELDT). Upon CDL success drivers will then get behind the wheel with a trainer as their passenger for 4-8 weeks. Xpressway covers the cost of training and your CDL, you are responsible for the cost of your CDL learners permit. As a trainee you are an employee on day 1 and there is a 2 year contract commitment. Youll learn how to operate and drive a variety of vehicles and trailers including tri-axle dump trucks, tractor trailers, dry van trailers, dump trailers, and walking floor trailers.
