What You'll Do (Department Manager)

Responsibilities may vary by department:

• Guest Service DM: Ensure crew and managers deliver exceptional guest experience. Oversee sales promotions and service standards. Maintain organized Front Counter, McDelivery cell, and Drive-Thru operations.
• Kitchen DM: Ensure quality, safety, and fast-food production. Monitor food cost and inventory. Train kitchen staff on procedures and new menu items.
• People DM: Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew. Motivate and recognize team members. Support staff development and retention.
• All Department Managers: Monitor performance and achieve departmental goals. Support shifts and operations for 100% customer satisfaction. Delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.

What You Need

• Previous managerial experience preferred (restaurant, retail, or hospitality)
• Positive, flexible, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older
