Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position. Benefits Listed pay of $65k - $85k is base salary, eligible for additional monthly bonuses. Paid holidays and paid time off. Responsibilities Exceed sales objectives by mentoring an in-home sales team toward achieving success. Conduct interviews and onboard new sales personnel. Provide training and development for team members through individualized and group sessions. Emphasize the importance of meeting and surpassing sales objectives. Maintain team engagement and motivation through tailored strategies. Requirements No degree or certification is needed. Experience leading sales teams with a minimum of 1-3 years preferred.
