What You’ll Do Collaborate with other Health Center staff members (doctors, NPs, PAs, nurses, dietitians, wellness coaches, and community providers) to promote health and wellness for onsite employees and their dependents. Practice physical therapy according to APTA professional standards, integrating current research, critical clinical reasoning, and patient values when evaluating, assessing, and developing treatment plans. Promote direct access to physical therapy services at the majority of Health Centers, allowing PTs to practice at their highest skill level. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication through participation in Health Center meetings, patient care meetings, documentation, and reporting to onsite and community referral sources. Participate in continuing competence activities including peer review, presentations, and optionally grand rounds. Work closely with client stakeholders (safety officers, ergonomists, human resources, and vendors) to promote employee safety in the workplace. Effect positive behavior change beyond the clinical setting by developing and administering injury prevention and health promotion presentations, workshops, and other programming for onsite employees and eligible populations. Teach real-time proper body mechanics at employee workstations. Assess and correct poor ergonomics. Develop and administer specific programs when needs are identified (e.g., Weekend Warrior musculoskeletal screens, Triathlon preparation workshops, Health Back Programs, and Stretch and Flex exercise classes). Other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring All state licenses and certifications to practice. Current board certificate, if applicable. Degree from an accredited Physical/Occupational Therapy School. CPR (BLS for the Healthcare Provider/Professional Rescuer) Certification with hands‑on evaluation by a trainer; course must meet American Heart Association standards. At least three years’ experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient or other ambulatory care clinic; outpatient orthopedic experience required. Premise provides a competitive hourly rate of $55.00 - $60.00, adjusted for experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. For individuals living in Washington or Colorado: Employees earn 0.0769 hours of paid time off per actual hours worked per pay period, receive 10 paid holidays, and accrue paid sick leave through paid time off. Paid time off accrual is based on the standard schedule throughout the calendar year.
