Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, adjusting as necessary to ensure effective progress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated care and treatment plans that place clients at the center of the process.

• Offer crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments, developing safety plans as necessary to support clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation that complies with ethical standards and organizational guidelines, ensuring client information is readily accessible for treatment continuity.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
