Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a travel assignment in Rochester, NY. As a critical member of the radiology team, you will operate MRI equipment and ensure patient comfort throughout the scanning procedure while working in a high-paced medical environment.

Key Responsibilities of the MRI Technologist

• Maintain a clean and safe scanning facility
• Coordinate with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging
• Prepare patients for scans and explain the procedure to help them feel comfortable
• Insert IVs when necessary for the test
• Document all procedures while maintaining the confidentiality of patient information
• Patient care tasks as needed

Requirements of the MRI Technologist

• Two (2) years' experience
• BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
• Must have GE scanner experience to be considered
• Level 1 Trauma Center experience
• Certification through the ARRT
• Must have injection certification to be considered
• NYS Rad Tech license - must be willing to obtain after starting
