Laborer with CDL

West Monroe, Louisiana – Direct Hire – June 5, 2026 GridSource is seeking a Laborer with a Class A CDL. Pay Rate: $18 - $20 /hr depending on experience. Responsibilities Operate a track hoe efficiently and safely. Learn and independently operate facility equipment. Use all required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). Stay updated on industry technological advancements. Communicate effectively to resolve issues. Support team efforts and uphold GridSource’s mission and values. Maintain a positive work environment and build professional relationships. Identify and implement process improvements. Follow GridSource policies and procedures. Requirements High school diploma or GED required; some college or vocational training preferred. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Valid Class A CDL license. Ability to lift and carry up to 95 lbs. and operate a 32‑foot ladder. Experience in environments with moderate to loud noise and occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts. Ability to work outdoors year‑round in all weather conditions. Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week, including holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed. Benefits Pay Weekly.
