American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier industrial manufacturing facility in Lewis County, WA to hire a full-time Industrial Janitor / Sanitation Technician . In this active, high-responsibility role, you will maintain plant cleanliness, sanitize production zones and office suites, operate basic custodial machinery, and keep facilities hazard-free. This position begins as a 5-week assignment with strong potential to transition into a permanent, long-term career with full health coverage and profit sharing for the right individual!

Description for Industrial Janitor:

• Rotate through the facility on a structured daily schedule to clean, sanitize, and maintain industrial work bays, warehouse floors, breakrooms, and office spaces.
• Safely operate commercial cleaning equipment, floor scrubbers, and industrial waste disposal tools.
• Empty heavy industrial trash receptacles, compact waste, and manage proper recycling disposal routines.
• Sanitize high-touch surfaces, restrooms, fixtures, and production equipment in compliance with facility hygiene standards.
• Monitor, restock, and organize cleaning supplies and PPE inventory across all custodial stations.
• Strictly adhere to plant safety protocols, chemical handling guidelines (SDS), and PPE requirements.

Details for Industrial Janitor:

• Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Consistent daytime routine with weekends OFF!).
• Duration: Initial 5-week assignment featuring strong potential for permanent, long-term placement!
• Location: Lewis County, WA facility.
• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.

Requirements for Industrial Janitor:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED strictly required.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly , stand for full shifts, bend, stoop, pull, and push heavy rolling bins.
• Basic math skills and comfort following written dilution/chemical instruction sheets.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong personal work ethic, self-motivation, and pride in maintaining spotless facilities.
• Exceptional record of daily attendance, prompt punctuality, and reliable personal transportation habits.
