What You'll Do

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced setting
Perform thorough assessments and formulate individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Lead and collaborate with nursing team members to ensure optimal outcomes
Promote patient safety and comfort through compassionate care
Adapt care approaches based on patient needs and acuity

What You Need
Required:

Current registered nurse (RN) license in Louisiana
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
CPI certification
ACLS and PALS certifications
Minimum 2 years' emergency room experience
Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare software
Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills

Preferred:

Additional certifications in clinical specialties
Experience in high-volume ER environments
