BusserSummary: Bussers work to support our servers and bartenders by ensuring our guests' needs are met and their dining area is prepared and clean throughout their meal.Duties:Being a promotional spokesperson for Saint Arnold; this is a part of everybody's job description Be prepared to work at designated start timeGreet guests upon arrival and create a welcoming environment for all guestsMaintain a clean environment for our guestsRefill beverages and replace silverware as neededRemove dirty dishes and silverware from tablesClean area and set tables between partiesAccommodate all guest requests, if possibleAssist wait-staff as neededKeep wait stations stockedHelp to keep the entire facility clean and presentable to guestsOpening and closing duties as requiredKnow and follow all laws, rules, regulations and company policies regarding the serving of alcoholic beverages and proper food handling; this is a part of everybody's job description.Work as a team with all coworkersAll other duties as assignedRequirements:Qualifications:TABC seller certification and Texas Food Handler's Training required prior to start and must be maintained throughout tenureAbility to be attentive to guest needsAbility to maintain patience with guests and coworkers in difficult situationsMust be 18 years of age or olderAbility to communicate in English. Additional language skills are a plusBe a craft beer lover!Must be able to work in a team environmentAbility to think quickly and creatively to address unique guest needs
