Description Food & Nutrition Associate - Full Time Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital, stand-alone, not-for-profit hospital located in Ste. Requirements What to expect as a Food & Nutrition Associate: Position is entry-level duties, which includes washing dishes, pots and pans, clean work areas, equipment, floors and other duties as assigned. Food prep, serving, and delivery for patients, cafeteria and catering. Run cash register. Stock kitchen, cafeteria and patient areas. Put away deliveries of food and supplies using FIFO rotation. Provide excellent customer service, promote teamwork with great communication (both orally and written). Multi-task in a fast-paced commercial kitchen. Learn and follow policies and procedures to meet department standards. Practice safe food handling. Perform heavy physical work throughout shift. Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent preferred. Commercial Food Service experience preferred. Basic computer skills for education.
