Responsibilities include:Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end closePerform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain the general ledgerSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisAssist with accounts payable and accounts receivableProcess payroll and support multi-state payroll tax complianceReview expense reports and sales commission calculationsAssist with annual audit preparationPrepare financial reports and supporting schedulesIdentify process improvements and resolve accounting discrepanciesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years of accounting experienceExperience with month-end close and general ledger accountingPayroll experience (multi-state preferred)Strong Excel skillsExperience with budgeting, reconciliations, and financial reportingSelf-starter who enjoys working independently in a collaborative environment
