• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $53.00 $57.30 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Night (3x12 Hours), 19:00 7:30, with every other weekend coverage
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

This is a Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics travel/contract role specializing in RRT-NICU , serving pediatric patient populations across PEDs floors, PICU, ER, and NICU. Float coverage is required between units and campuses per facility policy.

• Provide respiratory and neuro diagnostic care across PEDs floors, PICU, ER, and NICU patient age groups.
• Operate and utilize the Pyxis and Omnicell medication systems.
• Document care using the EPIC documentation system (minimum 1 year of experience required).
• Float to other units and/or campuses per request due to census concerns, consistent with the facility's contracted staff floating policy.
• Perform only tasks for which competencies have already been demonstrated and documented when floating to alternate units.

• Experience in ER, Pediatric Critical Care, and PEDs work settings.
• Proficiency with EPIC documentation system; must have at least 1 year of experience.
• Proficiency with Pyxis and Omnicell medication systems.
• Ability and willingness to float to qualified units and campuses per facility policy.

• BLS certification required.
• NRP certification required.
• PALS certification required.
• RRT license required (SC license).
• RT License required.

• Shift: Nights, 3x12 hours (19:00 7:30).
• Every other weekend coverage required.
• Float required between units and campuses per facility census needs; staff will only float to units for which they are qualified.
• Patient age groups served: PEDs floors, PICU, ER, and NICU.
• Flu vaccination required; no exemptions.

• Orientation: 16 hours (non-billable).
• Floating Policy for Contracted Staff: The facility's goal is to keep staff in their home unit. However, it is a requirement for all assignments that agency staff, regardless of unit or facility, must float to other units and/or campuses per request due to census concerns. Staff will only float to units they are qualified for and will perform only tasks for which competencies have already been demonstrated and documented.
