Role Overview: The Unit Manager/Director - RN is responsible for supporting the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality resident care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring satisfaction among patients, residents, families, and staff. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee nursing operations within an assigned unit, ensuring care delivery aligns with organizational mission, standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with healthcare professionals such as physicians and therapists to optimize patient outcomes. Manage human resources including staff recruitment, orientation, performance assessment, and disciplinary actions, while minimizing overtime and agency staffing. Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with current RN licensure from the State Board of Nursing.
