Great Benton Specialty Clinic is search of an experienced Medical Receptionist Check In Clerk for their busy front desk.
The Medical Receptionist Check-In will play a critical role in managing patient flow and ensuring smooth operations in a specialty medical office. This position involves handling a high volume of patients daily, requiring excellent organizational skills and a welcoming demeanor to support both patients and healthcare staff effectively.
Monday - Friday, 7:30 am-4:30 pm! Permanent Direct Hire Position! Must have Stable Work History & Great References! Never a Fee to Applicant!
Responsibilities
- Facilitate patient check-in process efficiently and courteously
- Schedule and manage appointments accurately
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Maintain and update medical records and patient data
- Verify insurance information and eligibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
- Manage the waiting room to ensure a comfortable environment
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in medical reception
