Regional LPN Resource Nurse - Assisted Living

Klaton Consultants is seeking a Resource Nurse for our Assisted Living communities. You will collaborate with Executive Directors and RCCs to support admissions, lab reviews, and routine orders across the Kansas City metro, Topeka, and Manhattan regions. The position requires a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with reliable transportation who can cover for RCC when needed, and ensure timely completion of tasks such as quarterly pharmacy reviews and Risk Watch. #J-18808-Ljbffr Midwest Health Inc
