This facility is seeking aPhysical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physicianfor locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Twice a month to start and then increase as weekly patient volume increases. 9am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch.
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Scope: Injections for Ortho Sport Injuries
• Credentialing Timeframe: ~2 Weeks
• State Licensure: North Carolina
• Requirements: Board Certified, Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), and use of Eclinical Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
