This dual-threat role blends client hospitality, studio operations, and brand ambassadorship. You will be the first point of contact for our community—greeting clients with warmth, guiding them through their wellness journeys, and keeping our digital community engaged through social media. Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Front Desk Excellence

• The First Impression: Greet clients warmly, manage the check-in/out process seamlessly, and set a positive, welcoming tone for their visit.
• Communication Hub: Handle phone calls, texts, and emails promptly, answering questions and managing the studio booking schedule with high attention to detail.
• Client Education: Educate new and returning clients on our unique services, explaining the science and benefits behind our treatments to maximize their experience.
• Hands-On Guidance: Assist and guide clients through setting up and utilizing our specialized wellness treatments when needed.

Social Media & Brand Engagement

• Community Management: Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms in a timely, on-brand voice.
• Content Support: Capture the vibe of the studio by helping create fun, engaging daily content (stories, reels, BTS updates) to showcase the Bodyshape lifestyle.

Studio Vibes & Maintenance

• Detail-Oriented Aesthetic: Maintain a spotless, organized, and highly presentable studio environment throughout the day.
• Operational Readiness: Ensure all treatment rooms and common areas are consistently clean, stocked, and inviting for every guest.

Qualifications & Skills

• People First: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You genuinely love connecting with people and making them feel comfortable.
• Detail-Driven: Highly organized, reliable, and capable of multitasking effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced boutique environment.
• Digital Savvy: Basic to intermediate knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) with an eye for what looks good online.
• Wellness Enthusiast: A genuine interest or background in wellness, beauty, fitness, or holistic health.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, but a Plus!)

• Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk coordinator, or in a high-end customer service role.
• Experience working in a wellness studio, medical spa, boutique gym, or luxury hospitality setting.
