- Practice Setting: Urgent Care Clinic
- Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week, plus one Saturday per month
- Compensation: $120,000-$140,000 base salary (based on experience) + 20-22% production
- Sign-On Bonus: Available
- Relocation Assistance: Available
- Start Date: ASAP
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations for dogs and cats.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions using clinical evaluations, laboratory testing, and diagnostic imaging.
- Perform routine and soft tissue surgical procedures, including spays, neuters, wound repairs, and other common surgeries.
- Provide urgent care and stabilize emergency cases as needed.
- Administer vaccinations, medications, and treatments while ensuring safe animal handling practices.
- Educate pet owners on preventive healthcare, nutrition, wellness, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active veterinary license or eligibility for licensure.
- Ideally 2-3 years of small animal experience; motivated new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or soft tissue surgery is preferred.
- Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and teamwork skills.
