Occupational Medicine Clinic Manager

An experienced Occupational Medicine Clinic Manager is needed to lead daily operations of an occupational medicine clinic. This position is responsible for overseeing clinical and administrative operations. The manager will manage employees and ensure regulatory compliance. The focus is on delivering high-quality occupational and employee health services to patients and community partners. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of workers' compensation, DOT physicals, OSHA requirements, drug and alcohol testing, pre-employment physicals, return-to-work evaluations, case management, and employer health services. This role is ideal for a healthcare leader who enjoys a fast-paced environment and building strong employer relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading daily operations to ensure efficient, high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Supervising and supporting clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, professionalism, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Overseeing patient scheduling, registration, patient flow, and daily operations to maximize efficiency and minimize wait times.
• Identifying opportunities to improve workflows, productivity, and overall clinic performance.
• Serving as the primary operational liaison with senior leadership.
• Overseeing occupational health services for local and regional employers.
• Supporting programs related to workers' compensation and employee health services.
• Maintaining strong relationships with employers, insurers, and other external stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state regulations and industry standards.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining clinic policies, procedures, protocols, and workflows.
