Support Business Support services’ sales strategy to increase market penetration and maximize revenue. Work closely with sales team to provide banking solutions to customers and prospects. Maintain industry knowledge of Business Support services solutions, pricing, and products to keep the bank’s Business Support services products current and competitive. Evaluate and implement new products as necessary. Respond to direct customer questions and route questions from branches, operations, and sales‑team. Monitor product vendor communications on enhancements, scheduled maintenance, added features, and functionality. Monitor customer usage to identify and remediate customer attrition, maximize fee income, and maintain sound risk management practices. Assist the Business Support Manager with various management and audit reports on customers. Responsible for compliance with the applicable laws, rules, and regulations impacting cash management services. Provides the best service to our customers with innovative and creative solutions. Job Requirements High school education required, Bachelor’s degree, or some college preferred. Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, 10‑key. Ability to work in US without sponsorship. 2+ years of banking experience with cash management products preferred. Strong customer service background required. Technological competencies to understand, operate, and explain the bank's products and support programs. Strong ability to use written and verbal communication effectively with customers and staff. Patience to deal with accounting errors or problems. High level proficiency in MS Office suite. Ability to deal with time constraints and strong attention to detail. Extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks may be required. Able to perform other duties as assigned.
