Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary

Seeking experienced and motivated Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personal Lines insurance, with a proven track record in sales and new-business development. If you are passionate about building and maintaining a profitable book of business and thrive in a remote work environment, we encourage you to apply.
Compensation Package

Base Salary: $70,000+
Validation Schedule: 3-year validation schedule with the opportunity to validate early based on individual production and results
Work Arrangement: Fully remote

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide clients with the best solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

3-5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, preferably in a production role.
Background in either an independent agency or captive environment is welcome.
Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a remote work setting.
