Field Marketing Manager - Urology

About the role Boston Scientific's Field Marketing Manager is responsible for accelerating the adoption of key products in the assigned region/geography through market development, driving patient awareness and education, and enabling patient access. This position works with key customers to position BSC as the partner of choice in the therapeutic categories assigned, delivering localized marketing programs that increase the number of patients treated with BSC therapies. The role collaborates closely with Territory and Regional Executives to execute marketing tactics. Relocation and Visa Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. Your Responsibilities will include: Increase referring physician and patient awareness of disease states and treatment options Identify unique local market opportunities to increase therapy and product awareness, including PR, patient advocacy, or hospital marketing partnerships Conduct patient education seminars and community outreach programs Evaluate and implement co‑marketing programs (using approved guidelines) Provide patient advocates (in‑person and cloud visits); also, identify suitable patient advocates as needed Conduct in‑office patient education tutorials Develop and implement targeted patient outreach initiatives Work with collaborative counterparts to drive Physician Health Talks between prosthetic urologists and primary care physicians or other referring physicians Enable patient access to the right implanter Address local market issues that limit patient access to trained implanters and ensure patients have a way to access the right implanters Recommend best practices to implanters that enable improved efficiency and patient care Share best practices with customers to improve practice efficiency and patient flow Increase awareness and acceptance of BSC Practice Management resources Share non‑clinical literature of interest to prosthetic urologists Identify other areas where BSC should develop and share best practices that improve efficiency Partner closely with territory managers and region managers in the assigned geographies Provide minimal clinical case/OR support Required Qualifications BA or BS degree 2 years of experience in sales, account management, advertising/marketing or promotions Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel) Excellent verbal communication skills Demonstrated business partnering skills Ability to build and create immediate rapport Detail‑oriented and organized Creative, persistent, and analytical thinker Self‑driven and able to work independently 75% travel required Preferred Qualifications Pharma sales and medical device experience Experience with sales and marketing databases Compensation : The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full‑time position will be $95,000 to $115,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan and core and optional benefits offered at BSC. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
