Radiologic Technologist - Inpatient and Outpatient

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: Tuesday to Friday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) and Saturday (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging procedures for both inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as Emergency Department patients. The ideal candidate will have experience with various types of radiological equipment and a strong commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures for patients, including but not limited to abdomen, chest, and skeletal imaging.
• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, including C-arms and portable machines.
• Administer contrast media as required and ensure patient safety in imaging practices.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Document patient information and procedures accurately using the Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inpatient and/or outpatient settings.
• Active NJ Radiologic Technologist license or Compact License required.
• ARRT (R) certification preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with pediatric and PICU patients required.
• Familiarity with GE and Siemens imaging equipment required.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is preferred.
• Experience in trauma settings (Level I or II) preferred.
