Looking for a dental hygiene position where quality care still comes first?

Cosmetic Dentistry of San Antonio is an established private, fee-for-service cosmetic practice seeking an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist. Both full-time and part-time candidates are welcome, and we offer flexibility in scheduling part-time days.

We are not a corporate or high-volume practice and do not practice accelerated hygiene. Our hygienists are given appropriate appointment time to provide thorough care while maintaining an efficient, productive schedule.

We offer a beautiful, modern office, advanced technology, an established patient base, and a highly trained team. Our hygienists play an important role in patient education, periodontal health, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, and overall practice growth.

Compensation:

Up to $45 an hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide thorough preventive and periodontal care with strong attention to clinical detail

• Perform periodontal assessments, diagnostic X-rays and digital scans

• Educate patients about oral health and appropriate treatment opportunities

• Discuss Invisalign, whitening, periodontal and cosmetic treatment when appropriate

• Create smile simulations and help patients understand opportunities to improve their smiles

• Maintain an efficient, productive hygiene schedule

• Contribute to an exceptional patient experience and overall practice growth

Qualifications:

• Current Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license

• Clinical dental hygiene experience preferred

• Strong periodontal assessment and instrumentation skills

• Excellent communication and patient education skills

• Comfortable with digital technology and willing to learn

• Dependable, punctual, energetic and team-oriented

• Experienced hygienists preferred; exceptional newer graduates will be considered
