We're looking for you to become a valued member of the healthcare team at our client's medical facility!

Pay Rate: $48 / hour

Details

• Full time schedules
• Some weekends may be required
• 8 or 12 hour shifts available depending on the facility
• Contract position (flexible with shift availability is a plus)
• Sat-Sun 1:30pm-10pm

Duties

• Provide basic nursing care to patients with mental health conditions
• Monitor patient behavior, mood, and vital signs
• Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, meals, mobility)
• Administer medications as directed and within scope of practice
• Support patients during therapy and treatment activities
• Report changes in patient condition to nurses or physicians
• Maintain patient safety and prevent self-harm or injury
• Document patient care and observations
• Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation
• Follow treatment plans and facility protocols

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited educational institution
• Licensed as a Licensed Psychiatric Tech by the State in CA. The license must be in good standing
• Minimum 1 year previous working experience within the last 36 months (3 years) as a Licensed Psychiatric Tech
