Luther Acres is a highly rated skilled nursing operation providing cutting-edge and high-quality health care services for elders in the Lititz community.What will I do as the Assistant Director of Nursing?The primary part of this role is to partner with the Director of Nursing to provide leadership, ensure quality resident care, and support a positive, team-focused culture.Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing team.Lead and support infection prevention and quality initiatives that promote outstanding resident outcomes.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations while fostering a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement.Coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff.Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team membersQualifications:Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license and CPR certification.Minimum of two years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care.Strong knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.Experience with electronic health records and Microsoft Office.Why Choose Eklego?As a Nursing professional, your skills are highly sought after, and you have many options.
