• Outpatient primary care role focused on comprehensive relationship-driven medicine
• Collaborative clinical environment with full support staff and structured workflows
• Community-focused healthcare organization emphasizing long-term continuity of care
• Stable outpatient-only setting allowing providers to focus on quality patient outcomes
• Historic western Pennsylvania community known for its quiet rural lifestyle and close-knit atmosphere COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $220,000+ based on experience
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000 SCHEDULE
• Monday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday through Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Outpatient-only practice setting ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan
• Manage preventative care and chronic disease treatment plans
• Deliver patient-centered treatment within collaborative outpatient environment
• Support continuity of care and long-term patient relationships
• Work alongside interdisciplinary support staff and clinical teams ENVIRONMENT

• MD or DO REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED

• Ability to practice independently within collaborative outpatient setting REQUIRED
