Clinical Nurse (Full-Time)

Role Overview This position provides direct patient care in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum unit, focusing on obstetric and neonatal patients. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans, promoting patient and family‑centered care, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. The role involves educating patients on managing their health, coordinating care across teams, and addressing physical, psychosocial, emotional, and cultural needs. It requires working in a safety‑sensitive environment with alertness and adherence to standards. Qualifications & Skills RN license with a nursing diploma or associate's degree. Preferred: BSN degree and Certifications: RN license required; OB certification and supervisor experience are a plus. Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
