Key Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive patient evaluations, order relevant diagnostic tests, and develop personalized care strategies
• Diagnose and treat both acute and chronic medical conditions collaboratively or independently (based on credentials)
• Educate patients and their families on health promotion, prevention, and disease management strategies

Education and Qualifications

Necessary Credentials

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in California
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or relevant specialty
