Requirements

  • Education: Degree preferred, but not required
  • Experience: 2-5 years of HSE experience
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards
  • Proven experience with incident investigations and risk assessments
  • Familiarity with environmental compliance programs and reporting
  • Strong communication, training, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence and engage employees at all levels
Job Duties
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other federal/state regulatory requirements
  • Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels
  • Conduct incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation
  • Perform risk assessments and hazard analyses to proactively mitigate workplace risks
  • Support environmental compliance programs and sustainability initiatives
  • Conduct safety audits, inspections, and compliance assessments
  • Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation
  • Monitor safety performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with leadership to strengthen safety culture and employee engagement
  • Assist in developing and updating HSE policies and procedures
