Physical Therapy Assistant (OT) – Pediatric Home Health Location: South Austin, Kyle, Buda, Dripping Springs, San Marcos, New Braunfels, and Wimberly Pay: $43,000 - $75,000 Annually Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Hours Help kids grow, play, and thrive — right where they feel most at home. We’re looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) who is passionate about supporting children as they build independence through play, creativity, and everyday routines—while enjoying flexibility and a truly supportive team culture. What You’ll Do: Provide occupational therapy services to children under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Implement individualized, play-based treatment plans addressing sensory, fine motor, and daily living skill needs. Support children during therapy sessions using engaging, functional, and developmentally appropriate activities. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and our multidisciplinary therapy team to ensure progress and carryover. Educate families on strategies and home activities to promote development. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our easy-to-use EMR system. What You’ll Need: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. Texas PTA license (or eligibility).
