Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health – Full Time Decatur, Georgia and surrounding Dekalb county Per rates: $55 - $130 Clinical home health / OASIS experience preferred Offering flexible scheduling, competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package including benefit eligibility upon start date We are currently growing in Dekalb county and looking to add a full-time Registered Nurse to join our clinical, home health field team. Overview The Registered Nurse is responsible for conducting one-on-one patient care and patient / family teaching in the home setting. The RN will perform patient assessments and collaborate with the care team to develop and implement a Plan of Care. Additional responsibilities include regular communications with our clinical management team and timely and accurate documentation.
