McGuire Insurance is a growing, locally owned Allstate agency, and we're looking for a motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented Insurance Sales Professional to join our team!

This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a sales environment, enjoys connecting with people, and takes ownership of their success. We provide the training, tools, and support you need, but we're looking for someone who brings the drive, discipline, and initiative to make things happen.

If you're someone who doesn't need to be micromanaged, follows through on commitments, and is motivated by achieving goals and earning commissions, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

Proactively reach out to prospective customers and generate new business through outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead opportunities.

Build relationships with customers and help them find insurance coverage that fits their needs.

Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals.

Manage your pipeline, stay organized, and follow up with prospects.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products.

Provide a positive, professional customer experience.

Take ownership of your daily activities, performance, and results.

Previous sales experience is preferred, but insurance experience is not required!

We're happy to train the right person who has the right attitude and work ethic.

Applicants must have or be willing to obtain a Washington State Property & Casualty insurance license.
