Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and holistic care.

Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapeutic practices that encourage ongoing improvement at home.

Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain focused on their recovery journey.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Ongoing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and supported

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is required

A genuine passion for helping people and a strong motivation to assist others in achieving their highest degree of independence

Empathetic and clear communication skills with both patients and team members
