Apply knowledge of departmental operations to implement plans and guide team members. Must-Have Qualifications: Proficiency with Workforce Management software (NICE). Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). Proven ability to identify and implement innovative solutions. Strong influencing, consensus-building, and collaboration skills. Results-oriented approach with a focus on quality and effective data analysis. Demonstrated self-motivation, ability to manage multiple priorities, and adaptability to diverse personality styles. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (written and oral). Strong process management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). The target hiring compensation range for this role is $27 to $30 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
