Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a dedicated care team in Danbury, Connecticut . As a Physical Therapist, you’ll work closely with patients to evaluate needs, create personalized treatment plans, and guide them through their recovery journeys. You'll have the chance to make a real impact while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic clinical setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough physical therapy evaluations

• Developing individualized care and rehabilitation plans

• Providing hands-on treatments and guiding therapeutic exercises

• Documenting patient progress and adjusting plans as needed

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes

• Current and active Physical Therapist license in Connecticut (or willing to obtain)

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

• BLS certification

• At least 1 year of recent experience preferred

• Strong communication and patient education skills
