• Duration: Ongoing assignment
• Shift: Night shifts (6a-2p, 8a-4p, 1p-11p; night shift incentive applicable)
• Hours/week: Guaranteed 8 hours, OT after 12 hours (pre-approved)
• Employment Type: Locum
• License/Certs: CA medical license, BC or BE in Emergency Medicine (within 5 years), ABEM/ABEOM certification
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hospital clinical activity in Emergency Medicine

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (plus shift incentives for night shifts)
• Weekly Pay Schedule: Via direct deposit

What You ll Do:

• Provide emergency care to an average of 110 patients daily
• Manage a wide range of acute medical conditions in a fast-paced ED environment
• Collaborate with hospital staff to deliver high-quality patient care
• Document clinical findings and treatment plans accurately
• Follow hospital privileging and credentialing processes
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and protocols
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings

What You Need:

• Active California medical license
• Board-certified or Board-eligible in Emergency Medicine within the past 5 years
• ABEM or ABEOM certification (no ABIM or ABFM accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years hospital ER experience
• Ability to work nights and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
