Key Responsibilities Conduct individual assessments for a caseload of clients, determining their specific needs and developing tailored treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on evidence-based practices designed to improve mental health outcomes. Maintain ongoing documentation and ensure timely reporting of client progress, adhering to organizational policy. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, exchanging valuable information on client care and ensuring continuity of services. Identify and address safety concerns, employing crisis intervention strategies when necessary to maintain a safe environment. Engage in regular meetings and case discussions with team members to explore best practices, share insights, and refine treatment approaches. Patient Population / Client Focus This role primarily serves clients experiencing severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification. Compensation and Benefits Tranquil Minds Consulting offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
