What You’ll Do As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of helping customers find their dream vehicle while building lasting relationships. You will: Welcome and guide customers on the lot with confidence and professionalism. Showcase vehicle features through engaging demonstrations and test drives. Assist customers with financing options and sales applications. Follow up with sales leads from multiple sources to drive results. Collaborate with Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales goals. Ensure the lot is organized and vehicles are showcased to attract buyers. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in automotive sales is a plus, but we’ll train motivated candidates! Excellent communication, customer service, and follow-through skills. A positive, can‑do attitude and strong closing skills. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
