The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a strategic partner in advancing the organization's mission and scaling its impact, with a focus on financial strategy, management, and operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial strength and sustainability of the organization, particularly in the context of a blended revenue model that includes philanthropic support and earned revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial transformation, modernizing systems, and processes, and driving a culture of continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, financial planning, performance, and team development, as well as compliance, risk management, and stewardship. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have an MBA, CPA, or equivalent experience, with a preference for those with a strong background in financial leadership within complex or growing organizations.
