LPN Licensed Practical Nurse $3,000 sign on bonus Job Summary At Spring Creek Healthcare Center, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of caring professionals. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the overall well-being of our residents. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and completing treatments as ordered Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and care plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure a smooth delivery of care Collaborate with other disciplines to develop and implement effective care strategies Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families in a caring and compassionate manner Essential Requirements Current LPN/LVN license in the state of New Jersey Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends Company Culture At Spring Creek Healthcare Center, we are committed to revolutionizing care delivery.
