Customer Service Representative

Our client in Broomall is seeking Customer Service Representatives!

Job Details for Customer Service Representative:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Pay rate: $19-$20/HR
• Health benefits after 30 days
• Paid weekly
• Casual dress code

Job Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:

• Manage incoming/outgoing calls (medical offices, courthouses, law firms, etc.)
• Obtain legal/medical records requested by clients and providing status updates
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and mail

Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:

• Minimum of 2 years customer service/call center experience
• Must have experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Data entry skills and the ability to multi-task
