Food Service Ops Lead - Manage 20-100 Staff Shifts

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago

Goodwill Great Lakes seeks an Assistant Manager for Food Service Operations to oversee galley dining areas, equipment, and sanitary standards. You will supervise 20–100 workers daily and ensure meals meet contract requirements. Two shifts are available: PM 12:00pm–9:00pm and AM 3:30am–12:30pm, with two consecutive days off each week.
