Summary

Location: PHOENIX, AZ
Schedule: Start times range from 8:00 pm - 10:00 PM and can work up until 4:00 am - 6:00 am (Includes Weekends)
Starting Pay: $22/hr + Lucrative Shift Differentials & Monthly Bonuses

Earnings & Financial Wellbeing
Guaranteed Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week (steady income you can rely on).
Base Pay: Starting at $22.00/hour .
Shift Differentials: Earn an extra $0.75 to $1.50more per hour depending on your hours and days worked.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
As the face of AAA, you will provide ultimate customer excellence on the road by:
Operating tow trucks safely and efficiently.
Performing simple vehicle diagnostics to figure out the issue.
Providing essential roadside assistance, including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock-outs.
Building trust, problem-solving, and being a calming presence for our members on the scene.
Clear and proficient verbal and written communication even under pressure
Common knowledge of vehicle components and the common reasons for vehicle failure
Demonstrates problem solving and listening skills to evaluate member safety as well as the ability to discern safety issues and respond appropriately
Ability to drive a manual/automatic shift vehicle

 

What We Are Looking For
A customer-first mindset and a passion for helping people.
Willingness and flexibility to work the 8 p m – 6am, including weekends.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (where applicable).

Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification/ Requirements
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record

Work Environment/Physical Requirements
• Works outdoors at vehicle sites when servicing vehicles. Lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day; bending, kneeling and stooping as required for service calls. Works in all weather and all traffic conditions. Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy and hazardous. Service Providers are required to provide a photograph for identification purposes.
