Community Health Registered Nurse (North End) – Tribal Health Department We are hiring a registered nurse for the Community Health Department. Candidates must meet the requirements for either Level 1 or Level 2 as described below. Level 1: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. ASN required. Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license. One year of nursing experience providing direct patient care. Experience using electronic health records (EPIC) and Microsoft Office preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers certification preferred, otherwise must obtain within 6 months of hire. Valid Montana Driver's License with ability to operate a vehicle. Existing or new National Provider Number. Level 2: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN required. Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license. One year of nursing experience providing direct patient care. Preferred at least one year of Home Health Nursing. Experience using electronic health records (EPIC) and Microsoft Office preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers certification preferred, otherwise must obtain within 6 months of hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Valid Montana Driver's License with ability to operate a vehicle. Existing or new National Provider Number. Ambulatory Care Nursing Certification (AMB‑BC) or Home Health Nursing Certification (RN‑BC) preferred. All applicants must submit a Tribal application and provide the following documents: copy of academic transcript/training certificates and licensure, copy of valid driver's license, proof of enrollment in a federally recognized Tribe (if not CSKT), and if claiming veterans preference, a copy of DD214. This position is a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under CSKT's Drug Testing policy and is subject to random drug testing. Successful applicants not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre‑hire drug test and serve a mandatory six‑month probationary period. Salary is negotiable DOE, plus benefits.
