About the Role

Candidates for the CTO position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' progressive leadership experience in software engineering, with a preference for those who have held senior technical roles in venture-backed or PE-backed companies. The role requires a leader with a strong background in applied artificial intelligence, including experience with agent systems and LLM integration, and a history of shipping proprietary software platforms that have delivered measurable business results. The CTO will also be responsible for building and retaining a high-performing technical team, setting the hiring bar for engineering and AI talent, and operating at the executive level with direct engagement with the CEO, boards, and institutional investors.
