Registered Nurse - NICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated NICU Registered Nurse with experience in Level II Special Care Nurseries to provide compassionate care for neonatal patients. The nurse will support critical newborn needs, ensuring optimal outcomes through clinical expertise and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to neonates in a Level II Special Care Nursery setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs, development, and response to treatment.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Respond quickly to neonatal emergencies and ensure patient safety.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid and current licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Require BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications.
• Demonstrate at least 2+ years of experience in SCN or NICU settings preferred.
• Possess strong clinical skills in neonatal care and patient assessment.
• Show excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
