Auto Collision Service Advisor - Estimates & Customer Care

Texas Collision Centers in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Service Advisor to inspect and determine repair needs by visually assessing vehicles and preparing repair estimates. You will explain the repair process to customers and liaise with insurance to obtain authorization. Key duties include vehicle check-in, updating customers on repair progress, and delivering the vehicle after final quality control.
